Historical sewing: 18th century rumps

For another 18th century project I knew I would need a false rump to create shape under the petticoats. But I wasn’t sure which style of rump would create the shape I needed. So I made three different styles to see what my options were. The first style is a split rump from The American Duchess Guide to 18th Century Dressmaking, the second is a rump and supporter combination from Patterns of Fashion 5, and the third is self drafted from examples online. None of these shapes are what I need for the project in question, but the split rump and the rump and supporter from POF5 both give lovely shapes suitable for various 18th century styles.
